The Dialpad + PestPac integration connects your phone system to WorkWave PestPac so pest control teams get instant customer context and complete call history with no manual logging. When an inbound call connects, Dialpad automatically searches PestPac for matching location records by phone number and pops the right account (or a list of matches) in the agent’s browser. After the call ends, the integration logs a detailed note to the PestPac location, including call direction, duration, agent, AI-generated summaries, recording link, and disposition. Transferred and missed calls are handled intelligently, giving you clean, consolidated notes and reliable data for reporting and service follow-up.
Automatic screen pop: On inbound connect, Dialpad searches PestPac by caller phone number and opens the matching location record (or a list of matches), eliminating manual lookups.
Call logging to PestPac Notes: After each call, log a note on the matched location with call direction, duration, agent info, AI summaries, recording link, and disposition.
AI-powered summaries & recaps: Include Dialpad AI call summary and recap text in PestPac notes to speed up review and follow-up.
