The Dialpad + NetSuite integration connects your phone conversations directly to your CRM. Your team gets automatic customer matching, screen pops to the right record, and complete call logging — all without leaving Dialpad.

Match callers to customer records

Incoming and outgoing calls are automatically matched to NetSuite customer records by phone number, so your team has the right context from the start.

Pop the right record on screen

When a call comes in, NetSuite automatically opens to the matched customer record. If no match is found, NetSuite opens to the customer search page so your team can look them up quickly. Configure screen pops for inbound calls, outbound calls, or both.

Log every call, automatically

Call details — including direction, date and time, agent info, and AI-generated recaps — are logged directly to NetSuite as phone call activities on the matched customer record. No manual data entry required.

Keep call summaries one click away

With an optional custom hyperlink field, your team can jump straight from a NetSuite phone call activity to the full Dialpad call review — including the recording and AI recap.

Setup 

Requirements:

  • A NetSuite account with API access and SuiteCloud enabled

  • A Dialpad account (Connect or Support)

  • A NetSuite Integration Record with OAuth 2.0 client credentials configured

  • An M2M authentication certificate (ES256 or RS256)

Getting started:

This integration is available through Dialpad Professional Services. Once enabled, you can set it up yourself using the self-enablement workflow — create your NetSuite Integration Record and M2M certificate, then connect and configure everything directly in Dialpad.
