The Dialpad + LineLeader integration connects your Dialpad contact center to LineLeader’s childcare CRM so enrollment teams never miss a lead and always have the right context on every call. When a family calls, Dialpad automatically looks up their number in LineLeader and pops the matching family record on screen; if no match exists, a new record can be created so every inquiry is captured. After the call ends, Dialpad logs call details back to LineLeader—including direction, duration, disposition, and an optional recording link—reducing manual data entry and powering more consistent, data-driven follow-up.
Automatic family matching & screen pop: Instantly looks up the caller’s phone number in LineLeader and pops the matching family record in the agent’s browser.
