The Dialpad + Euclid integration connects your phone system to your CRM so member and customer calls are always captured and report-ready. When a call is placed or received in Dialpad, the integration automatically searches Euclid for a matching contact by phone number and, when a single match is found, creates or updates a call activity with key details like contact ID, agent, call state, and timestamp—no manual logging required. Smart matching ensures only valid, unambiguous matches are written to Euclid, helping teams maintain clean data, complete interaction histories, and more reliable reporting across membership, service, and operations.
